You're only a few minutes from Flagler College, Francis Field and the historic St George Street with all the bars, great restaurants and fun shopping. The apartment itself is sun-filled with a lot of windows.
You also have a front balcony with two rocking chairs, perfect for a glass of wine while you're unwinding from your day exploring the town.
The kitchen was completely renovated (as was the whole building) in 2018. It has a large table, which is perfect for working with your laptop as well as for meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, glasses and more that you'll need to cook.
